TSAR USA LLC is a design based company producing fully customized, high end Carpets and Rugs to the Design and Architectural Sector.

You will work in a fascinating field, as part of a motivated, dynamic team, within the world of interiors.

You will represent the company as Brand Ambassador providing the Ultimate client Experience along with maximizing overall sales opportunities . You are accountable for individual performance goals through the following expectations:
Developing authentic relationships with the clients by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a luxury experience.
Promoting the features and benefits of the full Tsar product range and meeting established monthly sales goals.
Maintaining a flexible work schedules including evening, weekend and holiday availability.
Maintain the spirit of ownership through demonstrating strong problem solving skills.
• you have a network of established contacts within the New York A&D, hospitality and corporate markets is mandatory.
• It is essential that you have the ability to develop & maintain strong client relationships & secure repeat business.
• We want you to have a passion and understanding of custom made Rugs & Carpets and the ability to communicate and consult on these.
• You should be confident to host events and to participate in industry events.
• We look for candidates with the ability to work effectively autonomously, with a strategic and disciplined approach, professional presentation and genuine communication skills.
• It is extremely advantageous to have a high level of organisational skills & good attention to detail.
• Experience using Illustrator Design Software to enable independent response to basic design briefsfrom designers will strengthen your suitability.

The candidate will represent the organization by actively promoting TSAR to the architecture & design (A&D) market. The primary focus will be to continue to increase The Tsar profile within this market, building brand awareness & loyalty and growing sales as a result.
This is an interesting, vital and sometimes challenging job within the beauty of hand made carpets and rugs and the prestige of notable New York addresses.

To Be Considered:

Candidates must have 3-5 years experience in a premium, luxury branded interior products and service to the A&D market, preferably Custom Made Rugs and Carpets.
And must have have established A&D clients in New York.
